• Legal and Ethical Compliance: Uphold all legal standards, ensuring accurate documentation of suspected abuse cases, adhering to patient rights protocols, and maintaining compliance with relevant social services practices.
• Education and Training: Lead in-service training for educational staff on psychosocial issues relevant to student care, crafting workshops such as “Lunch and Learns” to foster awareness and best practices within the school community.
• Quality Improvement: Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives by participating in the monitoring and analysis of patient care indicators, aiming to enhance service delivery.
• Additional Duties: Participate in social work month activities and assist in the coordination of support groups focused on educational and emotional challenges faced by students and their families.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and education.
