Description
Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Network and Voice Engineer to provide IT technical support to a Department of State (DoS) program. This position is located in Springfield, VA and currently there is an on-site requirement of 3 days per week, or on as-needed basis.
You Will :
  • Deploy, maintain, and provide Tier 3 support Cisco Collaboration applications & data networks using Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)
  • Support high level functional voice systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation methodologies on complex problems.
  • Possess knowledge of security requirements for deploying voice solutions in the field.
  • Perform quality assurance checks of Cisco UC telecommunications equipment
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Cisco's Unified Communication Product line such as Unified Communications Product line such as Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection and collaboration applications, feature and services (e.g. Webex Meetings Servicer, CUACA, etc.).
  • Design and prepare technical reports, databases, studies and related documentation, and make charts and graphs to record results.
  • Will be expected to work well under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, maintain customer focus amid difficult circumstances, and work well within a process-oriented framework.

Qualifications
You Need to Have :
  • Top Secret Clearance (no exceptions)
  • Available to travel worldwide approximately 10% of the year.
  • Bachelor of Science or five years of experience working directly with Cisco Collaboration Tools in an enterprise environment.
  • In depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) Telephony Product line - BE6K-7K series servers
  • Two years of experience in managing and deploying voice solutions in a VIOP and analog environment, and three years of operations experience.
  • Experience on Cisco Call Manager versions 10 and above.
  • Desired experience in CCT Routing & Switching, CCNA Collaboration.
