Senior UI Artist

Koin Games is looking for a Senior UI Artist to join the team working on Origins TCG.
The Ideal Candidate

You have exceptional visual taste, move quickly, and care deeply about clarity and polish. You are equally comfortable designing a beautiful interface and opening Unity to make it real.

We're building a fast, stylish, character-driven competitive game inspired by the energy of modern graphic design. Think bold typography, unexpected layouts, layered textures, expressive iconography, and interfaces that feel as memorable as the characters themselves.

You will help define the look and feel of Origins' interface and take UI from concept through final in-game implementation. Strong competency with Unity is required.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality UI art and visual design for Origins.
  • Define and maintain the visual language of the game's interface.
  • Implement and iterate on UI directly in Unity.
  • Work closely with Design, UX, Art, and Engineering to improve player experiences.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional game UI art and visual design.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and color.
  • Extensive experience creating polished UI for games.
  • Strong competency with Unity and production UI implementation.

The range listed is just one component of Koin’s total compensation package, which may also include bonuses and LTI or other program specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials.
  • We offer competitive pay based on market standards. The base salary for this role is between $80,000 to $120,000, depending on skills and experience. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
  • This role is full-time, exempt and will always be fully remote
  • The ability to work core hours on Pacific time is required
  • Global, non-US candidates will be considered only on a contract basis only
