  • Configure and customize Salesforce Financial ServicesCloud to meet theevolvingneeds ofDirectDivision.

  • Design &implement scalable technical solutions with the configuration before codemindset.

  • Design,documentand implementintegrationswith other systemsand toolsensuring data consistency, data integrity,andadaptability.

  • CreateLightning Web Componentsandapplications to drive productivity, engagement, and best in class userexperience.

  • Developandmaintaincustom Apex classes, triggers, and controllersas necessary to extend theutilizationofour CRM platform.

  • Support system performance monitoring, proactively addressingissues,anditeratingonsolutions based on userfeedback.

  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as dataoperations, analytics,informationsecurity, andDevOpsto ensurealignment withenterprise standards.

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of7+yearsof direct experiencedeveloping on the Salesforce platform.

  • Well versed inSalesforce best practicesandmethodologiesalong with asolidunderstanding of the product vision.

  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforcecoreand industry-centrictoolkitsincluding but not limited toflows,validation rules,custom metadata, connected apps,user permissions/ entitlements,flexcards,omniscripts, andintegrationprocedures.

  • Expert skills indevelopinglightningwebcomponents,platformevents,visualforce, APEX,and APIs.

  • Knowledge of data integration tools with experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems.

  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back and offer best-practice alternatives to ideas.

Pay Range: $126,100 - $193,325 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
