Arobas Personnel is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer for a remote work assignment.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will drive the design, development, and evolution of scalable software solutions across the entire technology stack. You will collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and performant applications.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and enhance full stack applications using React and Java
  • Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code
  • Build and optimize solutions leveraging PostgreSQL and Microsoft Azure
  • Partner with QA teams to ensure product quality and test coverage
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps best practices
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications

What We're Looking For

  • 5- 7 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise with React and Java
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
