Houdini Technical Artist with Omniverse Experienceย 
FS Studio is seeking a Houdini Technical Artist with Omniverse Experience to create procedural scenes and objects for synthetic data and robotic simulations in Nvidia Omniverse.ย 
Responsibilitiesย 

  • Work with the creative services team to design and create procedural scenes and objects for synthetic data and robotic simulations in Nvidia Omniverse.ย 

  • Must have industry/enterprise experience e.g. warehousing, robotic arms, manufacturing, automation, etc

  • Collaborate with Sr. Technical Artist and Lead Artist to create photo realistic quality scenes and objects.ย 

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.ย 

  • Ensure the quality and performance of the final product.ย 

Requirementsย 

  • Procedural modeling and scene generation in Houdini are required.ย 

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in USD workflows are required.ย 

  • Demonstrated aptitude and knowledge of Python for Houdini and USD pipelines are required.ย 

  • Familiarity with version control systems is required.ย 

  • Nvidia Omniverse experience is preferred.ย 

  • Unreal Engine and Unity experience is preferred.ย 

  • Blender geometry nodes knowledge is preferred.ย 

  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java or C++ is a plus.ย 

  • Experience with cloud-based services and APIs is a plus.ย 

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.ย 

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.ย
