You will have a regularly scheduled full-time working week, framed around standard business hours, although there may be occasional evening and weekend commitments for community events and special programming. • Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet their specific goals.
• Provide both individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Develop comprehensive service plans outlining clear objectives and strategies to enable clients to achieve personal growth and well-being.
• Actively advocate for clients' rights, facilitating access to vital resources and services, and addressing any social justice concerns that arise.
• Contribute to the ongoing development, evaluation, and reporting of programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
• Work collaboratively with community organizations, government bodies, and volunteers to enhance service delivery and broaden the impact of our initiatives.
• Engage in team meetings, participate in professional training, and contribute to community outreach efforts to strengthen our presence and efficacy in the region.

Your primary focus will be individuals and families navigating various challenges, including mental health issues, socio-economic stressors, and life transitions. Through therapeutic interventions and supportive advocacy, you will be instrumental in helping clients establish resilience and improve their quality of life.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Solid understanding of trauma-informed care principles and a commitment to advocacy for social justice.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Prior experience in a nonprofit environment or a similar setting focused on community service is preferred.
• Familiarity with the specific challenges faced by populations served in the school setting is highly desirable.
• Experience in program evaluation, development, and grant writing is a plus.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside an attractive sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
