• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing for a wide variety of clients seeking mental health support for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all relevant health regulations.

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds who seek mental health support. Our patients may include those in high-stress situations, individuals coping with chronic illness, and people seeking personal growth and insight. By providing empathetic and professional therapy, you will help foster resilience and improved mental health outcomes for your clients.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California, with residency or willingness to relocate to California.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to handle a diverse array of psychological issues effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations surrounding mental health practices, including ethical considerations and clinical standards.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is strongly preferred, showcasing adaptability to virtual therapy modalities.
