You will work from your home office, facilitating telehealth sessions via a user-friendly platform that simplifies scheduling and appointment management. Our system provides a seamless experience for both counselors and clients, ensuring that your focus remains on delivering care rather than navigating complex administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each client.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities and digital engagement tools, such as video counseling, journaling prompts, and goal tracking, to enhance client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each session in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
  • Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Provide support for clients managing a spectrum of mental health issues, promoting resilience and recovery throughout their journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPCCs at Heart Harmony Mental Health Clinic will work with a diverse client base experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, and many other mental health challenges. This role enables you to apply your skills and expertise to areas you are passionate about, ensuring that your counseling aligns with your professional focus and interests.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
  • An active LPCC license in good standing with the state of California.
  • A reliable internet connection and phone for telehealth sessions.
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam and microphone.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and technology-enhanced practice.
Compensation and Benefits

The LPCC role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide:

  • Matching 401(k) contributions to help you prepare for your future.
  • Comprehensive dental and disability insurance to support your well-being.
  • Employee assistance programs for you and your family, including mental health resources.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Heart Harmony Mental Health Clinic, we are committed to the professional development of our counselors. We offer ongoing training programs and access to a broad network of over 10,000 therapists. You will have opportunities to enhance your clinical skills through workshops, supervision, and peer collaboration, positioning you for future leadership roles within our organization.
