We are seeking friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Travel. In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related questions, help coordinate travel arrangements, and provide support throughout the travel planning process.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in working in the travel industry from a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients planning travel
Respond to client questions and provide helpful travel information
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
Provide support to clients before and after travel as needed
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
Organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and professional communication style
Previous customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required
