Job description

PLEASE NOTE: This is in office, Hybrid, OR FULLY REMOTE Position for actively licensed Property Casualty Agents anywhere in the North Houston, TX area.

DW Agency is one of the fastest growing established Allstate Agents in the Greater Houston market with offices in north Houston, Tx.


We've grown exponentially since we started in 2015, up to a team of nearly 30 people across the United States. We have big goals and need people who are ready to think and win big.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify sales opportunities with existing customers and refer to sales team or close yourself
  • Policy changes and reviews
  • Cancellation follow-ups
  • Review property inspection results
  • Providing excellent customer service by processing payments
  • Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies
  • Uncover needs for life insurance, commercial insurance, and small business benefits cases.
  • Follow up with existing customers for new business referrals
Requirements
  • Property Casualty license
  • Insurance and Customer Service experience is required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
