Job description

Are you passionate about turning complex warehouse operations into streamlined, scalable solutions? As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in implementing and supporting Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for new and existing logistics clients. You'll partner with operations, clients, and technical teams to design integrations, optimize workflows, lead testing efforts, and drive successful Manhattan SCALE deployments.

Work Schedule:First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5pm

Work Travel:Up to 15% of domestic travel depending on needs of the business and subject to change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through Statements of Work (SOWs), functional requirements documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
  • Lead integration of data mapping activities across client and internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of mapping specifications.
  • Develop and execute integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans while coordinating testing activities with clients and stakeholders.
  • Create ad hoc SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, system analysis, and operational support.
  • Design, test, and support WMS enhancements, integrations, and system extensions developed by internal teams or software vendors.
  • Providing Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams to drive resolution.
  • Participate in solution design reviews for new implementations, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Develop instructional, procedural, and business process documentation to support operational and system adoption.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, integrations, and business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, site-specific requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional relevant leadership experience may be considered in lieu of higher education.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (SCALE).
  • Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Experience with integration and interface data mapping using EDI and XML formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and workflows.
  • Experience leading or coordinating testing activities, including integration testing, system testing, and UAT
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting warehouse fulfillment, distribution, or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of JSON and SOAP integrations.
  • Experience designing or supporting WMS enhancements, customizations, or system extensions.
  • Experience developing training materials, presentations, and end-user documentation.
  • Experience supporting application troubleshooting, issue resolution, and client-facing system implementations.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional project teams and customer-facing deployments.
