Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health treatment, including comprehensive screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of mental health disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are aligned with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of each client.
• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions, utilizing age-appropriate approaches and methods, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Conduct group therapy sessions, focusing on psychoeducation and group dynamics to empower clients and promote healing.
• Engage in continuous learning through training and continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients' families and support networks, coordinating services with relevant agencies and professionals in education, child welfare, and corrections as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Implement trauma-informed care principles and culturally appropriate practices in all therapeutic interactions.
• Participate in monthly clinical supervision sessions, contributing to case discussions and quality assurance reviews of documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. By incorporating a holistic approach to treatment, you will address the developmental and emotional needs of your clients, working closely with their families to create a supportive environment that fosters healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work (MSW), marriage and family therapy (MFT), or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Strong typing and computer proficiency to efficiently manage client records and communications.
• Ability to work effectively within a remote team while maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a telehealth setting or with a diverse patient population.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a large caseload while effectively coordinating with multiple support systems and providers.
• A passion for contributing to the field of behavioral health and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.
• Experience in electronic medical record systems and communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
