Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate and effective counseling services to individuals and families, with a focus on trauma-informed methodologies.
• Deliver bi-weekly sessions, ensuring consistency and reliability in client care.
• Assess safety concerns and provide crisis intervention services using established therapeutic techniques.
• Develop a professional relationship with colleagues for consultation, supervision, and effective referral processes.
• Document sessions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services cater to a diverse clientele including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Special expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) methodologies is advantageous. You will be working closely with individuals experiencing varying intensities of trauma, empowering them with effective coping strategies and therapeutic insights.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is preferred.
• Deep understanding of trauma and demonstrated passion for supporting trauma survivors.
• Ability to implement trauma-informed care principles and manage crisis situations effectively.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer programs for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting with a focus on trauma recovery.
• Previous work with EMDR and IFS methodologies, including completion of relevant training.
• Familiarity with patient management systems and telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits
