We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to spearhead business development efforts in the OTT/CTV space. This role is ideal for someone with a robust network within independent and mid-market agencies and a deep understanding of the local/regional advertising marketplace. You will be instrumental in building, managing, and expanding a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Development:ย Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth
  • Client Prospecting:ย Identify and engage new clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals
  • Needs Analysis:ย Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions
  • Relationship Management:ย Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Industry Expertise:ย Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients
  • Business Forecasting:ย Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals
  • Networking and Lead Generation:ย Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads
  • Regional Travel:ย Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts
Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge:ย 3+ years of sales, within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable
  • Industry Relationships:ย Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in your home market and/or dedicated region
  • Business Development Experience:ย Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal
  • Self-Motivated:ย A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities
  • Problem Solving Skills:ย Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients
  • Strategic Thinker:ย Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success
  • Negotiation Skills:ย Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures
  • Communication Skills:ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills
