We are looking for a fast-paced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an entrepreneurial mindset to find new customers and opportunities. You'll be searching for business while being an engaged member of the AI/ML community. You will prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business. While we are a fully remote company, we're a collaborative team that thrives on in-person connection!
You'll need to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to join us in the office on an as-needed basis and for team events.What You'll Do- Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach
- Cold call and email prospective customers
- Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Dux-Soup, and Salesforce
- Partner with Account Executives to generate leads
- Develop, present and implement plans for acquiring new business and traction in your assigned area
What We're Looking For- Motivated by a career in sales
- Interested in the tech space
- A self starter, focused, dynamic, and eager to learn
- Someone who has excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must be currently based in the Bay Area
Bonus Points, But Not Required- Previous selling experience
The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $85,000 - $110,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.
