This position is primarily remote, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your own home while also connecting with clients in our outpatient office setting when required. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, followed by the implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Engaging in initial assessments and triaging care based on individual client needs, ensuring a tailored approach to mental health treatment.
• Collaborating with colleagues through regular documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to develop and refine interdisciplinary care plans.
• Exhibiting a thorough understanding of the physical, psychological, and social dimensions of health, ensuring that each client receives holistic care designed to support their specific needs.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health issues. Your insight and therapeutic skills will be instrumental in supporting patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing them with thoughtful and effective therapy sessions. The focus on outpatient services ensures a unique dynamic, as you assist clients in a structured yet flexible setting to implement their personalized treatment plans.

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Provider (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) in the State of Florida.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule, with the capacity to serve 10 to 40 clients per week.

While not mandatory, candidates with a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices will be viewed favorably. Experience in case management or working closely with community resources can enhance your ability to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
