Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of a diverse client population, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize clinical skills to perform initial comprehensive assessments, inform triage decisions, and tailor interventions according to each client’s unique needs.
  • Engage in effective communication with interdisciplinary staff during patient rounds, documenting treatment progress and coordinating care strategies to optimize client health outcomes.
  • Provide case management for a designated group of patients by collaborating with community professionals, programs, and services to ensure a continuum of care.
  • Demonstrate ethical practice by completing documentation promptly and in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, to assist clients and their families in achieving their individualized goals.

Qualifications
