This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing care to our clients. You’ll join a dedicated team that meets virtually to facilitate ongoing support and collaboration. Our Detox Center utilizes advanced communication tools to ensure that our staff can effectively engage with clients and each other, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment regardless of physical distance.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to understand clients' backgrounds and treatment needs.
• Develop, present, and adapt comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, integrating feedback and ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Participate in regular clinical case conferences, contributing insights and peer recommendations to enhance client care.
• Lead educational workshops focusing on chemical dependency topics, ensuring that clients and their families are well-informed about the recovery process.
• Provide individualized and group counseling to address chemical dependency issues, utilizing therapies that promote healing and resilience.
• Offer case management services, coordinating referrals to community resources to assist clients in accessing the support they need.

Our client base primarily includes individuals navigating the challenges of addiction and related mental health disorders. • A master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess active and current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or clinical setting, particularly in substance use treatment.
• Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with a keen ability to create and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual client needs.

• Experience in detox settings or with clients facing acute substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of local resources and support systems for substance abuse recovery.
• Familiarity with group facilitation techniques and educational program development.
