Job description

Iatric Systems, a division of Harris; is seeking an Executive Vice President who is a visionary leader able to guide our talented team and help drive long-term success.

As the EVP, you'll not just manage; you'll inspire. Hundreds of customers will rely on your vision and leadership to drive iatricSystems forward. Reporting to a Harris Group Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving the strategic and financial heights we aim for.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 20%. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. This includes either passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Preference will be given to candidates who can work in EST timezone.


Salary:

200K - 225K

  • Sales-oriented and product-minded thinker
  • 10+ years of experience at a senior leadership level
  • 5+ years working in the healthcare industry
  • Growth mindset & capable of building meaningful relationships
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills
  • Experience managing a multi-functional group with a minimum of 75 team members
  • Experience managing an entire Profit and Loss statement >$10M in revenue
  • Comfortable with 50% travel
