JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Help your clients evaluate new products and services through a consultative selling process
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Act as Solution Consultant for new clients during the sales process
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Stay abreast of Industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams as required

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • B2B experience, preferably at the enterprise level.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly
  • Insurance industry knowledge is an asset.

Additional Requirements and Details:

· Travel required up to 50% of the time.

· Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection on an as needed basis

· Located and working from an office location (when required)

· Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
