Travel Arrangement Coordinator — Fully Remote
We are seeking organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals interested in working remotely as a Travel Arrangement Coordinator.
In this role, you will assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel arrangements while helping ensure each detail of their trip is accurate and well planned. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and can be worked around an existing job, school schedule, family responsibilities, or other commitments.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided. 

What You'll Do

  • Assist clients with researching travel options based on their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
  • Create and organize detailed travel itineraries
  • Review reservations and travel details for accuracy
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
  • Assist with reservation updates and changes when needed
  • Maintain organized client and booking information
  • Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel options
