Job description

Position Summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Senior General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Subject Manager Expert (SME) to support the Help Desk system processors. As a GFEBS SME, you will be assisting with GFEBS support, development of new automations in Excel and SharePoint Dataverse to create efficiencies in reporting and managing tasks in direct support of the team. In this role, the SME will apply a full range of analytical and professional abilities in evaluating support requests and developing processes to improve daily mission support to the Government.

This is a remote position but may include support on site to Military Installations to finalize any problems that cannot be managed through tele/video communications systems. Travel to locations inside and outside of the Continental United States may be required with advance notification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level subject matter expertise for PWSS, IMCOM, GFEBS, BUILDER, and related enterprise initiatives.
  • Support GFEBS reporting and capture processes with Excel, Power Query and Power BI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal processes, meetings, MS Teams access, knowledge management, restricted guidance, SOPs, and execution instructions.
  • Lead automation process improvement efforts, ticket trend analysis, workload management, and resolution of systemic support issues.
  • Support year-end execution activities, including WBS rollovers, FM Derive, garrison coordination, final QA, briefings, and training support.
  • Develop required reports for customer use concerning current and future operations and workload data from the service support system and quality assurance/control support data.
  • Perform data queries and analysis to support programs for the customer within the facilities management systems of record.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for the Department of Army, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Directorates at various CONUS locations.
  • Manage data from multiple Government Systems of Record and support and advise the Government on the best use of the data supporting their various operational and business aspects.
  • Support updates to knowledge management / GeT restricted content (mold processes, PWSS guidance, year-end guidance, SOPs).
  • MS Teams administration (channels, forums, access).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate's degree is required.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Plant Maintenance systems, 2 years of experience in Real Property Asset Management and familiarization with the Department of War BUILDER Facility software to provide support to ongoing efforts at various Army installations.
  • Must be able to gain and maintain access to a military installation and military systems to include GFEBS and Local Area Network access.
  • Must be able to obtain or already have the following GFEBS Roles: 
    • A76 Plant Maintenance (Preventative Maintenance Plan) Controller 
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer 
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Order Approver 
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Permit Approver 
    • A76 Plant Maintenance Reporter
    • Real Property Maintainer
    • Real Property Viewer
    • Real Estate Contracts/Space Utilization Maintainer
    • Real Property Inventory Inspection Processor
    • Business Partner Maintainer
    • BI PP & E Reporter
    • BI PP&E Real Property Viewer
    • BI Managerial Reporter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Position will require interface with Government customers and frequent collaboration with Military and Government civilian personnel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications required, specifically Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams and One Note.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Power Apps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of current NACI or Secret Clearance a plus.
  • Experience using GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System).
  • Experience working for a U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
