Tarrant Post-Acute Care Practice Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering trauma-informed care, providing patients with the therapeutic support they need to navigate their mental health challenges. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, plus benefits including a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and collaboratively identify tailored treatment strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma experiences, cultivate coping mechanisms, and promote their healing journey.
  • Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies and offer ongoing support through challenging moments.
  • Empower patients and their families by facilitating education on trauma responses, available resources, and coping strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives that center on trauma-informed care practices.
  • Continually update your knowledge of advances in trauma therapy to provide the best and most relevant care to patients.

Qualifications
