Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide remote mental health therapy to clients through a secure virtual platform. This role is focused on practical, ongoing clinical care: understanding what clients are experiencing, helping them set goals, providing therapy, and documenting progress clearly.

As an LCPC, you will support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and major transitions. This is a strong fit for a counselor who wants to continue meaningful clinical work while enjoying the structure and flexibility of a telehealth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote therapy sessions to clients located in Maryland
  • Complete initial assessments and gather information about symptoms, history, and treatment needs
  • Build treatment plans that are clear, measurable, and clinically appropriate
  • Provide counseling for mental health concerns using evidence-informed approaches
  • Track client progress and revisit goals throughout care
  • Document clinical encounters, care plans, updates, and risk concerns accurately
  • Help clients strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving strategies
  • Maintain a professional virtual therapy space that supports privacy and trust
  • Follow all legal, ethical, and telehealth documentation requirements

Requirements

  • Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
  • Experience providing therapy in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth settings
  • Ability to assess clinical needs and provide structured treatment
  • Strong writing skills for clear and compliant documentation
  • Comfortable using video-based platforms and electronic health records
  • Knowledge of clinical ethics, mandated reporting, and privacy standards
  • Ability to manage appointments and client communication in a remote work setting
