As an LCSW at our detox center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on the latest best practices.
• Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the stringent standards set by governing bodies.
• Collaborating closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Engaging in regular team case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the overall quality of care and ensure clinical best practices are followed.
• Offering education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health and substance use issues, treatment pathways, and community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment by participating in professional development and training opportunities.
• Managing a diverse caseload effectively, setting and monitoring progress towards treatment goals while adhering to the ethical standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
