As a Remote Client Success Representative, you'll work with clients who have requested information regarding their available benefits while delivering outstanding service throughout the client experience.Client Success Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Answer questions regarding available benefit programs and coverage options
• Educate clients so they can make informed decisions
• Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy updates
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Provide ongoing support throughout the client experience

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
• Strengthen communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
