• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using various assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop effective, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their specific concerns, goals, and unique situations.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and track their progress systematically, ensuring they are supported throughout their journey.
• Facilitate teletherapy options, effectively utilizing technology to deliver services and remain accessible to clients facing mobility or transportation barriers.
• Ensure all client interactions and sessions are documented accurately and in line with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular training, supervision, and workshops to enhance skills and stay current on best practices in mental health care.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Tidemark Health and Wellness, you will work closely with a diverse clientele struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from multifaceted backgrounds, and your role will be critical in offering them tailored support to foster their emotional and psychological well-being.

• A current and valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is essential to qualify for this role.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients.
• Exhibits empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from various life experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively and maintain accurate documentation.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or private practice is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a degree of comfort using technology for remote sessions.
• Exposure to group therapy facilitation or outreach programs will be advantageous.

At Tidemark Health and Wellness, we offer a competitive salary range from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
