Communication is primarily conducted through email, phone calls, and specialized transaction management software to track deadlines, gather required documentation, and resolve issues promptly. Staying organized and maintaining clear, proactive communication are key to ensuring all parties remain informed and that transactions progress smoothly, even when working from a distance. Regular virtual check-ins and updates help build trust and keep everyone aligned throughout the process.
