Job description

DESCRIPTION
Summary of the Role
We're looking for a Client Support Representative (Remote or Hybrid - US based only) to join our Benefits team. You'll own the client experience for Netchex Benefits - resolving issues, managing broker relationships, training teammates, and making sure every portal is set up right. This role sits at the intersection of deep product expertise and client partnership, and it's designed to build the skills that open doors to senior and specialist tracks within the organization.
Why This Role
This is a chance to go deep on one of Netchex's most complex and client-facing product areas. You'll become the team's go-to expert on Netchex Benefits - from ACA and carrier feeds to broker relationships and portal configuration - while getting real reps coaching teammates and shaping how we serve clients. If you're looking for a role where your product knowledge, client instincts, and leadership potential all get used at once, this is it.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client calls and inquiries related to Netchex Benefits, providing prompt and effective support daily.
• Research and resolve client issues related to benefits portal configuration, carrier feeds, digitized forms, and ACA processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal setup of clients' Netchex Benefits portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers, managing broker interactions throughout implementations.
• Deliver in-person and remote training to team members and clients on Netchex Benefits functionality and Salesforce workflows.
• Support Benefits Service team members by answering questions, assisting with complex issues, and sharing expertise.
• Accurately use payroll and benefits imports to update and maintain client data.
• Stay current on Netchex Benefits module updates, including ACA, carrier feeds, IRS notices, and development releases.
• Contribute meaningful input in development meetings to support ongoing platform improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including some weekend or contribute meaningful input during peak implementation periods.
What We're Looking For
• Experience in human resources, employee benefits, or a customer service call center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams to resolve issues.
• Experience providing in-person or remote training for clients or teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is a plus.
• Familiarity with ACA compliance and IRS notices related to ACA is a plus.
About You
• You've worked in a Netchex support or service role and you're ready to go deeper - more ownership, more complexity, more impact.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with clients, brokers, and teammates - even when the situation is complex.
• You take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved.
• You're organized and calm under pressure, managing multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball.
• You're a natural collaborator who makes the team around you better.
• You're curious about the product and proactive about staying sharp on what's new.
