Remote Training Provided information

What is remote training provided?

A Remote Training Provided job is a position where employers offer training to new hires virtually, rather than in person. This allows employees to learn necessary skills and job responsibilities from home using online resources, video calls, or e-learning platforms. These roles typically do not require prior experience, as the company provides structured guidance to help new employees succeed.

What can I expect from the remote training process for this position?

You can expect a structured remote training program designed to introduce you to essential job functions and company practices, typically delivered through a mix of virtual sessions, self-paced modules, and interactive resources. Trainers and team leads are usually available to answer questions and offer ongoing support throughout your learning period. While you'll have the flexibility to complete much of the training from home, meeting set deadlines and checkpoints is important. This training prepares you for real work scenarios, ensuring a smooth transition into your role and building your confidence as you join the team remotely.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the remote training provided position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a role where remote training is provided, candidates typically need self-motivation, reliable internet access, and a willingness to learn new skills without direct in-person supervision. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or learning management systems (LMS) is beneficial, though prior experience is often not required if training is offered. Excellent time management, adaptability, and strong written communication skills help individuals excel in remote, autonomous environments. These qualities ensure that employees can effectively learn, communicate, and succeed while working independently from home.

This position is designed for licensed professionals who are truly committed to making a difference in their clients' lives, particularly those managing symptoms related to mild traumatic brain injuries.

About the Organization

Located in the picturesque Bend, Oregon, Hope Mental and Behavioral Health Center stands at the forefront of community health. Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of the community by providing outstanding and compassionate mental health services. • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the delivery of outstanding care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support clients who are navigating mental health challenges, including those recovering from mild traumatic brain injuries. These clients may display a variety of symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and cognitive difficulties. Your expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will be instrumental in helping these individuals develop effective coping mechanisms, manage their symptoms, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will work with a diverse group of clients, each bringing unique backgrounds and needs, ensuring that your care is both individualized and culturally sensitive.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in treating clients with mild traumatic brain injuries.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to engage with other health professionals to achieve client and organizational objectives.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth settings, specifically with remote client assessments and therapy.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting client care, treatment plans, and assessments.
  • Previous involvement in community outreach programs or initiatives that emphasize mental health awareness and education.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our organization also offers an array of benefits designed to support your well-being and professional development, which include:

  • Flexible scheduling options that promote work-life balance.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the organization.
  • Access to ongoing training and education in mental health practices.
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture with a focus on employee wellness.

We provide numerous pathways for career advancement, including leadership roles within the organization, specialized training programs, and opportunities to engage in community outreach initiatives. Our commitment to your professional development ensures that you will not only thrive in your current role but also grow into new areas of expertise.
