Hach Regional Sales Manager is the front-line representative for Industrial accounts throughout the assigned territory. You are vital to our organization's ability to deliver customer value and drive accelerated growth. You will work within a strong network of dedicated professionals who provide industry-leading customer service and support through collaborative engagement.

Assigned Territory: Massachusetts & Rhode Island

Travel:Hach Regional Sales Managers are customer facing, solution focused sellers. The RSM position is a field-based, highly autonomous, remote role covering a defined territory. Overnight travel will be required to support clients, attend certified training programs, participate in industry seminars, and support regional conferences. Travel accommodations are made via Hach approved travel agency. Business related expenses incurred are paid using a company issued credit card. Expense reports are submitted for reimbursement.

Travel is approximately 50-70%.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
  • Develop territory action plans to achieve major business objectives.

  • Execute planned activities and maintain a updated and healthy funnel utilizing in Hach CRM, Salesforce.com (SFDC).

  • Prepare and presents a monthly funnel review utilizing SFDC to demonstrate the quality of the funnel, activity plans, and command of the account base.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, system integrators, and channel partners to grow and protect market-share.

  • Develop a network of customer and industry contacts throughout the assigned territory to enhance Hach position as a key member of the water management community.

  • Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars, and channel management.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferred

  • Experience in Water Industry preferred

  • Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool (i.e., Salesforce.com)

  • BA, BS required. A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset.

  • Ability to travel 50-70% within the assigned territory or outside for training purposes or to attend sales events.

  • Must have a valid driver license and a Motor Vehicle report which meets Hach Company standards.

  • Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and respect in accordance and adhering to Veralto Standards of Conduct policy.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD per year.This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
