What You Will Do

We're seeking an experienced and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to join the WWE Champions team. In this critical role, you will independently lead major features or systems within the game, drive roadmap planning within your domain, and deliver measurable impact through data-informed decision-making.

This role is a strong fit for a Senior PM who thrives on cross-functional execution and player-first product thinking. You'll be empowered to take ownership within your domain while aligning closely with Lead PMs and stakeholders to support broader product strategy.

  • Own Major Features or Systems: Independently lead the development and optimization of a product area (e.g., Events, Economy, Systems) with strong attention to design, quality, and performance
  • Execute Within Strategic Framework: Translate game-wide goals into actionable plans and deliverables within your area of ownership
  • Collaborate to Deliver: Partner with Design, Engineering, and LiveOps to build and launch features that deliver measurable results
  • Optimize Using Data: Analyze performance data, define A/B tests, and iterate based on findings in collaboration with Analytics
  • Represent Your Area: Act as the go-to stakeholder for your feature/system in team planning, ensuring clarity, alignment, and operational success
  • Support Talent Development: Mentor junior PMs or Associate PMs by sharing domain knowledge and best practices
  • Communicate Effectively: Share progress, performance, and key insights with product leadership and stakeholders** Independently lead the development and optimization of a product area (e.g., Events, Economy, Systems) with strong attention to design, quality, and performance
  • Execute Within Strategic Framework: Translate game-wide goals into actionable plans and deliverables within your area of ownership
  • Collaborate to Deliver: Partner with Design, Engineering, and LiveOps to build and launch features that deliver measurable results
  • Optimize Using Data: Analyze performance data, define A/B tests, and iterate based on findings in collaboration with Analytics
  • Represent Your Area: Act as the go-to stakeholder for your feature/system in team planning, ensuring clarity, alignment, and operational success

  • Report Outcomes: Provide updates and insights on roadmap progress, feature health, and key learnings to leadership and coordinate with LiveOps, Marketing, UA, Finance, and Support
  • Support Team Growth: Provide mentorship and guidance to Product Managers and Associate PMs in your area
  • Communicate Effectively: Share progress, performance, and insights clearly with team leadership and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience in product management, ideally in live service or mobile free-to-play games
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering impactful features or systems within a larger product ecosystem
  • Ability to operate independently while aligning with broader team strategy and goals
  • Proficient in using data and experimentation to drive product improvements
  • Skilled communicator with experience aligning cross-discipline teams to execute at a high level
  • Deep empathy for players and a passion for crafting engaging experiences
  • Comfortable managing trade-offs and prioritization in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with LiveOps, game economy design, or monetization systems
  • Exposure to managing complex systems at scale in mature products
