As a Premium Travel Lifestyle Manager, you will be the trusted travel partner for a select group of premium clients, delivering highly personalized, discreet, and seamless luxury travel experiences. Acting as the single point of contact, you will build deep relationships, anticipate needs, and curate bespoke travel solutions across global destinations.

This role is ideal for an experienced luxury travel professional who thrives on excellence, cultural nuance, and delivering exceptional service to affluent clientele.

What you will be doing

  • HighNetWorth Client Service - Serve as the dedicated travel partner for a portfolio of highnetworth clients, delivering highly personalized, discreet service. Act as the single point of contact, building trusted, longterm client relationships.
  • Luxury Travel Design & Bookings - Design and manage bespoke luxury travel itineraries across global destinations. Handle complex requests, changes, and issues with efficiency and discretion. Maintain accurate, realtime system updates and booking documentation.
  • ArabicSpeaking Market Focus - Deliver professional service in Arabic and English, with strong cultural awareness. Apply a strong understanding of Middle Eastern cultural norms, privacy expectations, and travel preferences.
  • Global Destination Expertise - Advise on premium destinations, luxury hotels, private experiences, and halalfriendly travel options. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell additional services.
  • Supplier & Commercial Management - Negotiate and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and luxury travel partners. Secure VIP benefits and exclusive access through strong supplier relationships.
  • Collaboration & Quality - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless endtoend member experiences. Ensure all travel arrangements meet regulatory, compliance, and quality standards. Promote Ten's wider lifestyle services by identifying opportunities for crossservice referrals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in luxury leisure travel, concierge, or tour operating
  • Proven experience creating tailormade itineraries for highnetworth clients
  • Strong background in flightinclusive travel and GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
  • Experience negotiating with premium suppliers and managing complex bookings

Skills & Knowledge

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (professional working proficiency required)
  • Excellent knowledge of global luxury destinations and suppliers
  • Strong understanding of affluent customer expectations and luxury service delivery
  • Commercial awareness with a natural sales and upselling ability
  • Highly organized, detaildriven, and adaptable in a fastpaced environment

Desirable Certifications

  • Amadeus, IATA, CTA/CTC, Virtuoso, or other recognized travel industry qualifications

  • Located in Canada
