What is a Remote Topographic Map specialist?

A Remote Topographic Map specialist is a professional who creates and interprets topographic maps using remote sensing technologies, such as satellite imagery and aerial photography. Their work supports activities in fields like urban planning, environmental management, and civil engineering. They often use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software to process and visualize data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date mapping information.
