Remote Tmc Rn information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote TMC RN, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote TMC RN (Telemedicine Registered Nurse), you need a solid clinical nursing background, active RN licensure, and experience in telehealth or case management. Familiarity with telemedicine platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and secure communication systems is typically required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills for effectively supporting patients and collaborating with remote teams. These competencies are essential for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance, and maintaining patient engagement in a virtual healthcare environment.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A Remote TMC RN (Registered Nurse) can potentially earn around $10,000 per month through telehealth services, specialized nursing roles, or high-demand healthcare positions that do not always require a traditional degree if the individual has relevant certifications and experience. Such roles often involve working independently, utilizing telecommunication tools, and may require licensure in the state of practice.

What is a Remote TMC RN?

A Remote TMC RN is a Registered Nurse who works remotely for a Telemedicine Center (TMC). These professionals provide patient care, medical advice, and support through telehealth platforms rather than in-person visits. They assess patient conditions, coordinate care, educate patients, and collaborate with other healthcare providers using digital communication tools. This role allows nurses to deliver high-quality care from a remote location, increasing access for patients in underserved or rural areas.

How to make $300,000 as a nurse online?

A Remote TMC RN can increase earnings by gaining specialized certifications, such as case management or telehealth, and working in high-demand areas like case management or telehealth nursing. Building a strong reputation, working for multiple agencies, and taking on additional shifts or consulting roles can also help reach higher income levels, including $300,000 annually.

How does a Remote TMC RN typically coordinate care with on-site medical teams and other healthcare professionals?

A Remote TMC RN (Telemedicine Center Registered Nurse) collaborates closely with on-site healthcare teams, physicians, and specialists through secure digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include reviewing patient data, participating in virtual case discussions, and providing triage or care recommendations. Effective communication is essential, as remote RNs must relay critical information promptly and clearly, ensuring continuity of care. They often work within structured schedules but must also adapt to urgent needs, making teamwork and strong organizational skills vital to their role.

Does TMC offer remote work options?

Remote TMC RNs can often work remotely, depending on the employer and specific job requirements. Many remote nursing roles require strong communication skills, relevant certifications, and the ability to use telehealth or electronic health record systems.

Job description

Aligned Modern Health (AMH) is changing the face of healthcare and building the leading national brand in holistic medicine. Our unique, multi-disciplinary model offers patients evidence-based solutions to a host of health challenges including BHRT/hormone issues, thyroid, autoimmunity, stress and anxiety, GI distress, metabolic disorders, infertility, musculoskeletal pain, and more. We pride ourselves on outstanding clinical outcomes and a five-star patient experience. We have 16 clinics across the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs, and we offer telehealth services for Functional Medicine and BHRT across 18 states and growing! To learn more about us, please visit our website at www.alignedmodernhealth.com.
We are seeking outstanding Nurse Practitioners to join our Hormone Health practice. We are looking to build up both our "virtual/remote" team and local team in the Chicago area and are looking for licensed NPs, ideally with experience practicing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), who want to be part of a dynamic organization committed to improving the healthcare landscape.
Our preference is to hire full-time providers but would consider part-time provider options on an individual basis (working additionally in a private practice doing similar work would not be permitted). Active IL APRN and IL DEA licenses are required to start. Providers based in AZ, CO, FL, IL, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, and VA are preferred.
This position would focus mainly on thyroid conditions, hormone health (including lots of BHRT!) and some medication management. The heart of who we are and how we operate is "patient first." For full-time providers, we have a starting base salary guarantee of $130K (depending on experience), as well as bonus/revenue share opportunity. We also have a robust benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401-k, med mal, paid time off, holiday pay, and more! We manage all marketing, staffing, practice management, billing and reimbursement, as well as provide all necessary equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • This position focuses mainly on hormone health - including predominantly Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid conditions, and some medication management
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions
  • Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
  • Stay current with medical advancements, research, and clinical trials in the fields of functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine

Requirements:
  • NP/APRN - with a concentration in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging or Lifestyle Medicine
  • Formal training and experience practicing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) strongly preferred
  • Providers based in AZ, CO, FL, IL, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, and VA are preferred
  • Must have (or be able to obtain) an IL APRN and IL DEA licenses and any remote location determined
  • Ideally full-time, but must be able to work at least 16-20 hours per week (including 1-2 evening shifts)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with patients and other providers
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people
  • Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide a 5-star level of service
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

We offer competitive full-time employee compensation with additional benefits, including:
• Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans, as well as dental and vision insurance
• Guaranteed paid time off (part-time providers are eligible for paid sick time only)
• Malpractice insurance coverage
• Reimbursement for outside CEUs/CMEs
• Eligibility for short-term disability insurance and 401(k)
• Unlimited opportunity to grow with one of Chicago's most exciting and fastest growing health and wellness companies.
Licensing Requirements: Active Illinois APRN license and IL DEA license required to start employment
Aligned Modern Health is an equal opportunity employer.
