Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Senior Title Processor opportunity with a Title Company in Virginia Beach, VA that handles Investor and Retail transactions.
The Senior Title Processor manages files from contract to closing—specializing in complex investor transactions (assignments, LLCs, wholesales, seller financing, and private lending)—with dedicated support from a Title Curative Specialist.
This position is Remote or Hybrid based on experience level.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage residential purchase and sale transactions from opening through final closing.
  • Maintain proactive, professional communication with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and investors throughout the transaction.
  • Review title commitments and resolve defects, including probate issues, judgments, liens, and other closing obstacles.
  • Prepare, review, and verify settlement statements and closing packages.
  • Order and track payoffs, surveys, HOA documents, municipal certificates, and lender conditions.
  • Process specialized investor files, including assignment contracts, wholesales, double closings, LLC/corporate acquisitions, seller financing, private lending, estate/trust transactions, and entity ownership changes.
  • Work closely with escrow, settlement, and post-closing teams to ensure timely and accurate closings.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • 2+ years of title processing or closing experience.
  • Proven experience handling traditional residential purchase and sale transactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

  • Experience processing investor transactions.
  • Experience with assignments, wholesales, double closes, and LLC purchases.
  • Multi-state title experience is a plus.

Pay Rate Range: $65-75K based on experience
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
