  • Admission to the Bars of the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
  • Demonstrated commitment to employment law litigation, including:
  • Defending against discrimination claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, IHRA, IWA, and similar common law claims.
  • Defending against wage and hour and other class action claims under the FLSA, IMWL, IWPCA, and BIPA.
  • Defending and/or prosecuting trade secret violations and breaches of confidentiality, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements.
  • Experience with motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and summary judgment in state and federal court.
  • Desire to take ownership of assigned cases while working collaboratively with other attorneys.
