*This is a 100% remote position working Monday-Friday 9:45am-6:15pm CST*
American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Automotive to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from AGWS Customers to assist with questions related to maintenance claims. You will assist customers by walking them through and helping them understand their contract in relation to their maintenance claim requests. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing automotive contracts and evaluating maintenance claims
- Obtaining any needed documentation from the customer to assist with processing maintenance claims
- Assisting customers with general questions related to their contracts, and going over provisions on contracts
- Using the AGWS system to log notes and input documentation

Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; Technical certification or degree preferred; Strong customer service and phone skills; Previous automotive experience in service or automotive related customer service is a plus; Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM; Strong multitasking skills; ASE certifications a plus; Must have reliable internet with at least a download speed of 50mbps
