Job description

The exciting world of scientific research is fueled by people with a passion for solving complex problems. We build on that commitment with proven, integrated and easy-to-use technology that delivers exceptional value, and world class service and support that accelerates outcomes.

But we are more than just an empowering platform powered by advanced technologies. We are a collaboration of exceptional, highly skilled people with multi-disciplinary expertise, and are building our team to support our ambitious growth plans. • Analyze customer requests to identify underlying needs and broader product opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering, design, quality assurance, implementation, customer success, support, sales, and other teams to support product delivery.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other development requirements.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, testing, and release activities.
  • Support the team in ensuring that delivered functionality addresses defined customer and business objectives.
  • Establish productive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate product requirements, priorities, decisions, and status updates clearly and professionally.
  • Help manage expectations regarding product capabilities, priorities, and delivery timelines.

 Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management.
  • Skilled in working within Agile development environments, across distributed teams.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
  • Highly curious and analytical, with a strong ability to translate user and business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Experience working with established or legacy software products.
  • familiarity with product management and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, or software development concepts.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies and their potential application to enterprise products

Benefits

  • Competitive Medical Benefits (PPO + HSA available)
  • Vision, Dental, Short-Term Disability fully covered by Cayuse
  • Unlimited PTO + Holidays + Flexible Work Schedule
