The Role
As a Senior Product/Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions that directly impact product growth and marketing ROI. You will analyze complex datasets, design and interpret experiments, and collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to optimize business performance.
This role is ideal for a data-driven storyteller who combines strong technical skills with commercial insight and experimentation experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze product usage, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance with a focus on business impact, growth, and revenue optimization.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketers to define commercial metrics, design and execute A/B or multivariate experiments, and translate results into actionable business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide insights that inform decision-making at the strategic level.
  • Build and deploy data pipelines and models to automate reporting and analysis processes.
  • Proactively identify and investigate data anomalies or trends affecting product and marketing outcomes.
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders, translating complex data into business recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of data infrastructure and analytical tools in collaboration with the product analytics team.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science); Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments (A/B, multivariate) in product or marketing contexts.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial acumen skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with e-commerce businesses; experience with subscription-based models is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with:
    • Python (Anaconda, Poetry/Pipenv or piplock)
    • Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions
    • Infrastructure: AWS (S3, ECR, EKS)
    • Reporting & Visualization: Tableau, Streamlit
    • Workflow Orchestration: Prefect or Airflow
