Job description

I'm Kyle Rodgers. My background is rooted in high-ticket sales, where I've worked alongside some of the biggest names in the space-including collaborating with Les Brown's team and presenting on stage with Russell Brunson.
These days, I partner with online coaches, consultants, and agencies to help them grow by building scalable sales teams and implementing AI-driven lead systems that still prioritize real human connection.
We're currently growing and looking to bring on a small group of committed sales professionals to join our remote team.
Role Overview
This position is built for execution-not prospecting.
  • Conduct sales calls with pre-booked, qualified prospects (Zoom or phone)
  • Lead clear, structured conversations that move people toward decisions
  • Identify client challenges and match them with the right solutions
  • Address objections naturally without relying on pushy tactics
  • Keep detailed CRM notes to maintain pipeline clarity
  • Consistently hit targets and contribute to overall team performance
Why This Role Stands Out
  • No cold calling or outbound prospecting required
  • You'll be stepping into an existing, functioning system
  • Strong earning potential with mid- to high-ticket offers
  • Combination of AI-powered lead generation + real sales skill
  • Focus on quality conversations, not volume grinding
Ideal Candidate
This opportunity is best suited for someone who:
  • Has experience in remote high-ticket sales (closing or setting)
  • Can guide conversations confidently without sounding robotic
  • Is self-disciplined and results-focused
  • Works well independently in a remote setup
  • Takes full responsibility for their performance

Applicants from anywhere in the world are welcome.
Compensation
  • Setters: Approx. $1,000-$1,500 per week
  • Closers: Approx. $2,000-$3,000 per week + bonuses
  • Additional upside tied directly to production
What You'll Have Access To
  • A steady flow of booked calls
  • Tested sales processes and support systems
  • A results-driven team environment
  • Fully remote flexibility
