Job description

Company Description
10x Value Partners is a think tank and investment firm founded by serial entrepreneur and investor Christian Schroeder. We partner with talented individuals and organizations to create transformative value and build the next generation of billion-dollar companies.
As part of our portfolio, ARCbuild's mission is reviving the American dream of homeownership by offering affordable starter homes suited for young families and first-time home owners. Its innovation lies in reinventing the entire value chain of construction from a first principles perspective, using new technologies such as agentic AI, robotics and computer vision. The company has completed the R&D and product development stage for its hardware product and is looking to redefine the future of housing through innovative modular construction solutions. ARCbuild combines cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design, and operational excellence to deliver homes that set a new standard in real estate development.
We are seeking a Founders Associate Intern to support the founders on all critical aspects of building the company. This is an ideal experience for someone who wants to launch their own company: Entrepreneurial Real-Life Experience.
Job Description
Role Overview:
The Founder's Associate Intern will execute high-priority, delegated tasks across strategic and operational work streams that directly drive company execution. This position requires exceptional organizational discipline and an entrepreneurial self-starter mentality to manage initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. You will be instrumental in increasing the Founder's focus on outward-facing strategic goals, ensuring the rapid progress of ARCbuild.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Project Management: Own and drive defined short-term projects across critical functions (e.g., go-to-market preparation, improvement of operational processes, and internal system deployment).
  • Executive Decision Support: Conduct deep research and synthesize complex data (market trends, competitive landscape, partnership diligence) to directly inform and validate executive-level decisions.
  • Operational Optimization: Provide high-leverage support on core founder tasks, including financial data synthesis, refining investor presentation narratives, and ensuring critical cross-functional coordination.
  • Workflow and Process Alignment: Analyze the founder's and the executive team's operations to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that streamline decision-making and project handoffs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a globally recognized university (Top-50 ranked institutions preferred).
  • Previous work experience in consulting, investment banking, or in a strategic role at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of independently managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Must be a proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; discretion and professionalism are paramount.
  • Comfortable working remotely and maintaining high productivity and responsiveness.

Additional Information
Why Join ARCbuild?
  • Be part of an innovative, high-growth company with ambitious scaling goals.
  • Work in a flexible, remote-friendly environment with top-tier professionals.
  • Opportunity to learn first-hand about scaling an early stage venture.
