Key Responsibilities

Your primary duty will be to conduct comprehensive psychotherapy assessments and deliver tailored treatment plans for individuals coping with various mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial and ongoing clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and progress.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychologists, educational staff, and external support services, to ensure comprehensive care and student success.
• Participating in case consultations and quality improvement meetings to elevate treatment outcomes and share best practices.
• Providing educational resources and support to clients and families regarding mental health, coping strategies, and community resources.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and integrating new knowledge into therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve students from diverse backgrounds and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating safe spaces for students where they can express themselves and work through their challenges.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited university.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in mental health, particularly in psychotherapy settings.
• Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a focus on solution-based outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for engaging effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Capacity to think critically and solve problems creatively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
