• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, considering their unique backgrounds and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that each plan aligns with the client's goals.
• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions through a secure virtual platform, adjusting approaches as needed based on client feedback and progress.
• Foster a strong therapeutic alliance by establishing trust and rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and understanding towards their experiences.
• Maintain organized records of therapy sessions, including detailed notes on client progress and any modifications to treatment plans, to comply with regulatory standards.

The primary focus of our mental health counseling team is to support individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our remote services aim to provide care to a diverse client base, empowering them to pursue healthier, more fulfilling lives. You will play a crucial role in enabling clients to navigate their challenges while fostering resilience and personal growth.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage clients remotely.
• Proven empathy and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance therapy sessions and client documentation efficiently.

• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not required.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or veterans, is a plus.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

The competitive salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 140,000 to 160,000 annually, depending on credentials and experience. In addition, we offer a lucrative sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
