• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, risks, and strengths.
• Diagnose and develop tailored treatment plans for a range of mental health disorders, adjusting approaches as necessary to reflect changes in client conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team—including healthcare providers, insurers, and community resources—to ensure comprehensive client support and continuity of care.
• Make appropriate referrals to external services, such as support groups and additional treatment options, to enhance client resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, counseling both individuals and families through challenging situations.
• Organize and prioritize daily caseload management, ensuring that all client needs and potential discharge plans are handled effectively.
• Advocate for clients by coordinating communication between them and various care teams to ensure quality care and timely discharges.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, supervision, and continuous education.

Your work will primarily involve adult clients facing mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You will interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be experiencing crises or significant life transitions. Understanding the unique cultural contexts of each client will be essential in tailoring your approach to their specific needs.

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.
• Current valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or as a licensed psychologist within Oregon.
• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and evidence-based practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the capacity to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and navigate crisis situations effectively.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience working within a community health clinic environment and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous.
• Prior involvement with multidisciplinary teams is a plus, emphasizing a collaborative approach to client care.

• Annual salary range between $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for qualified candidates.
