• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Diagnose clients' conditions in collaboration with fellow professionals and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, adapting your approach based on the unique needs of clients.
• Teach clients various coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to empower them in their mental health journey.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure clients receive holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Clear Meadows Counseling Center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a professional counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrable experience in providing individual, couple, and group counseling.

• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.

• Experience working in a remote capacity, utilizing telehealth technologies, is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, family therapy) are advantageous.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
