Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs of each client.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and the ability to develop culturally sensitive treatment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting the mental health needs of others.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a community health setting or mental health clinic is highly desirable.
