Verve Psychosocial Support Services is seeking an empathetic and dedicated Full-Time Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This full-time position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that prioritizes the well-being of our therapists. You will engage in telehealth sessions, utilizing the latest technology to connect with clients effectively. Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs. This position emphasizes autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team of professionals dedicated to client care.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that include interviews, diagnostic tests, and evaluation of psychological and social factors influencing a client's mental health.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and securely stored.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss complex case issues and enhance the quality of care provided.
• Engage clients and their families through educational sessions about mental health, treatment modalities, and available resources within the community.
• Continuously update knowledge of current research and advancements in mental health to provide informed care to clients.

You will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by different demographics. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to craft effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing and learning from the contributions of colleagues.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, allowing for a smoother transition into remote therapeutic sessions.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care and other specialized therapeutic modalities is advantageous.
• Familiarity with medical record keeping and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient management.
