Details:

Remote project
Duration: 12 months
Required:
  • OCAPI OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface certification.
  • OCWV OnBase Certified WorkView certification.
  • Experience with CSS.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
  • Experience with C#.

Desired:
  • OCWA OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator certification or OCAWA OnBase Certified OCSE OnBase Certified Support Engineer certification.
  • OCI OnBase Certified Installer certification.
  • OCWA OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator certification.
  • OCSA OnBase Certified System Administrator certification or OCASA OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Agile, Red Card JIRA/Confluence, Service Now.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to deliver business value and user adoption of ECM technologies.
  • Design, development, and deployment of custom workflow solutions with the capability to integrate with other internal and external IT systems.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase ECM software and infrastructure issues.
  • Work with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to analyze business requirements and build functional specifications, including but not limited to interface changes and process flows.
  • Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes.
  • Work closely with business partners and IT management to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, rework of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
  • Document, test, implement, and provide on-going support for the applications.
  • OnBase integrations includes, but are not limited to: Workflow, WorkView, Document Composition, Outlook Integration, DRIP, Advanced Capture.
